This Privacy Policy describes the limited processing associated with the informational ResetRay website.
ResetRay provides technical imaging data processing only. ResetRay output is not a medical report, diagnosis, treatment recommendation or clinical decision support.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the public informational website at resetray.com and its documentation links. It does not describe separately operated external communication services.
2. Types of data
When a visitor requests a public page, the hosting stack may process:
- standard request information such as IP address, requested path, timestamp and browser user agent;
- basic security and error logs required to operate the web server.
3. Information-only mode
The public website does not provide accounts, order creation, checkout, online payment, contact forms, AI prompt forms or upload of CT/DICOM and other user files.
4. Anonymization and de-identification
The public website does not accept medical data and therefore performs no public upload-time anonymization. Public documentation and examples use synthetic or non-identifying data.
5. Cookies and analytics
The public website does not use analytics or marketing pixels and does not set optional analytics, advertising or referral cookies. It does not store visitor identifiers in localStorage.
6. External AI systems
Structured RSIF-compatible output may be used by users with external AI systems. External AI systems may interpret structured objects differently. ResetRay does not control third-party AI outputs and is not responsible for external interpretations.
7. Payments and orders
The public website does not accept payments, create orders or collect payment confirmation data.
8. Security
ResetRay applies reasonable technical measures intended to protect the informational website and its hosting infrastructure. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Public examples
Public examples, documentation objects, GitHub examples and semantic diagrams are intended for documentation and interoperability. They do not contain real patient data.
