ResetRay provides technical imaging data processing only. ResetRay output is not a medical report, diagnosis, treatment recommendation or clinical decision support.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the ResetRay international website, upload workflow, technical processing workflow, structured output delivery and related documentation.

2. Types of data

Depending on the workflow, ResetRay may process:

uploaded CT/DICOM files;
technical imaging metadata;
ROI-linked quantitative parameters;
attenuation values in Hounsfield Units;
structured RSIF-compatible output;
technical previews;
payment confirmation data;
basic technical logs required for security and service operation.

3. Technical processing purpose

Data is processed for the purpose of generating structured technical output, including quantitative parameters, technical previews and RSIF-compatible data objects.

4. Anonymization and de-identification

ResetRay workflows are designed around technical processing and may include DICOM anonymization or metadata de-identification steps depending on the workflow. Public documentation and examples use synthetic or non-identifying data.

5. File retention

Source imaging data should be retained only as long as required for technical processing, quality control, result delivery and system operation. Retention periods may depend on the production configuration and operational requirements.

6. External AI systems

Structured RSIF-compatible output may be used by users with external AI systems. External AI systems may interpret structured objects differently. ResetRay does not control third-party AI outputs and is not responsible for external interpretations.

7. Payments

The international ResetRay workflow may support USDT-based payment access. Payment data may be used to confirm access to technical processing workflows. ResetRay does not publish private payment information.

8. Security

ResetRay applies reasonable technical measures intended to protect upload workflows, processing infrastructure and structured output delivery. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Public examples

Public examples, documentation objects, GitHub examples and semantic diagrams are intended for documentation and interoperability. They do not contain real patient data.
