Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to ResetRay technical CT/DICOM data processing workflows, structured imaging output and related infrastructure.
ResetRay provides technical imaging data processing only. ResetRay is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, disease detection, treatment recommendations or clinical decision support.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing ResetRay workflows, documentation or structured output, users agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Technical-only scope
ResetRay provides technical CT/DICOM data processing only. Output may include structured quantitative parameters, attenuation values, ROI-linked metadata, technical previews and RSIF-compatible objects.
ResetRay does not provide:
- diagnosis;
- disease detection;
- treatment recommendations;
- clinical interpretation;
- emergency evaluation;
- clinical decision support;
- medical conclusions.
3. User responsibility
Users are responsible for how uploaded imaging datasets, structured output and external AI interactions are used.
Users should not treat ResetRay output as a substitute for professional medical interpretation.
4. External AI systems
Structured RSIF-compatible output may be used with third-party AI systems. External AI systems are independent from ResetRay infrastructure.
ResetRay does not control third-party AI outputs, interpretations or generated conclusions.
5. Upload workflows
Upload workflows may support large CT/DICOM datasets, technical previews and structured output generation.
Upload availability, processing duration and supported workflows may change without notice.
6. Payments
ResetRay international workflows may support USDT-based access mechanisms. Payment confirmation may be required before structured output delivery.
7. Availability
ResetRay infrastructure is provided on an “as available” basis. Availability, uptime and processing performance are not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
ResetRay shall not be liable for:
- medical decisions;
- clinical outcomes;
- external AI interpretations;
- misuse of structured output;
- workflow interruptions;
- dataset incompatibility;
- indirect or consequential damages.
9. Public examples and documentation
Public examples, GitHub repositories, semantic diagrams and RSIF examples are intended for interoperability, documentation and technical demonstration purposes.
10. Intellectual property
ResetRay branding, workflow concepts, semantic structure, UI components and documentation may be protected by applicable law.
11. Changes
ResetRay may update workflows, infrastructure, structured formats and these Terms at any time.
